Vasile Malutan - 2nd Degree Black Belt
Vasile began training under his father as a child. In the last twenty years, he has studied judo in several countries, including Romania, Spain, and England. Vasile earned his black belt in 2001.

- Won gold at the 2008 Indiana Invitational in the 100Kg and 100+Kg divisions
Jason Fox - 1st degree BJJ black belt
Jason began his training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in 2001 under Royce Gracie, the son of Helio Gracie. He received his black belt in June 2008. Jason has been an active competitor in both gi and no-gi tournaments. In addition to his personal competition achievements, Jason has developed a strong and successful competition team. In addition to his duties as head instructor of Total Jiu-Jitsu, Jason assists in seminars conducted by Royler Gracie, David Adiv, and Rosendo Diaz

Jay Luce
Jay Luce has been training in the grappling arts for over sixteen years under some of the best instructors the state of Indiana has to offer. Along with the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu he has studied Shoot Wrestling, Penjak Silat , Filipino stick and knife fighting , Western Boxing and Muay Thai and Folk Style Wrestling. Jay has also been fortunate to train with several MMA fighters from a number of different backgrounds and brings over thirteen years of teaching experience to class.
